Herring Lunch


This is what I had for lunch today.
The base is some left over salad from last night, when I had a fondue dinner with
a friend on the balcony. It was my night off yesterday.
To the salad I added two small boiled eggs, some cream fraishe mixed with dill and
red onion pieces and a few pickled dill herring pieces from Sweden (Ikea in Sta Cruz).
Very delicious!!!!
