Lunch at Vargas

We had the lunch at Vargas yesterday.
Vargas is one of my favorite restaurants here on Tenerife.
Both the food and the service are very good and you can have many
different plates from the typical Canarian cuisine.

I like the Canarian mojo sauces.
I put a little bit on the bread and together with the wine from a local
wine yard it's just delicious.


This fried 'Queso blanco empanadas' was really nice!
I will for sure have it next time again.
It's white cheese coated with egg and breadcrumbs.


'Garbanza'. It was marvelous!


The sweet 'Morcilla' sausage. I have it every time we go here.
Just can't miss it out!
