Alright now I start up with the diet. I will save the exercising until I become in better health.
I still feel weak and have a terrible cough.
I have written down how much my weight was this morning and I will give you a report about how many kilograms, or maybe grams, I have lost after one week.
Oh, I really hope I haven't gained more weight right then! That would be a shame!
I have made a new label called "Loose weight" under which I will put all the posts about the diet and the training program.
This is what I had for breakfast this morning: Two thin breads with eggs, a cup of coffee, a glass of juice and an apple.
